L&D Training Officer - Vacancy - 01
L&D Officer with UAE experience in L&D roles and responsibilities and ability to understand the concept of Engineering sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) with departments; design bite‑size modules (safety, SOPs, customer service, equipment handling).
- Deliver classroom & on‑the‑job training; manage LMS (enrollments, tracking, completion).
- Evaluate impact using KPIs (attendance, pass rates, defect/error reduction, productivity uplift).
- Coordinate calendars, trainers, venues; manage records and compliance.
- Support onboarding and competency matrices; partner with HSE/Operations for role‑based training.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in HR/Engineering/Business; L&D certification (CIPD/ATD) is a plus.
- 3–5 years in L&D/HR training within industrial/operations environments.
- Strong facilitation, content development, and LMS administration skills.
- UAE experience preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
