Crusher Mechanic (Vacancies: 3)
Maintain and repair crushing & screening equipment: jaw crushers, cone crushers, impactors, screens, feeders, conveyors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and lubrication systems; perform bearing, belt, liner, and wear‑part replacements.
- Execute daily checks, vibration monitoring (basic), greasing schedules, and PM tasks.
- Support shutdowns/overhauls, ensure HSE (lock‑out, guarding, dust control).
- Keep maintenance logs, parts requisitions, and report abnormal trends.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4–6 years in quarry/crusher maintenance.
- Knowledge of OEM specs, torque procedures, alignment, welding/brazing basics (advantage).
- Physical fitness for outdoor, dusty environments; strict safety adherence.
